Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Products must be in resellable condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Installed, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Special order or custom products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Opened or partially used materials

• Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Restocking fees help cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Magnum Plumbing Wholesale reserves the right to determine final eligibility upon inspection.

3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, bulk, and pallet orders may be subject to stricter return conditions and additional restocking fees.
